Tabusintac 1st Annual Surf and Turf Relay Race
Great Prizes, Lots of Fun and Healthy Exercise

When: September 9th, 2006

Where: Pre-race registration at the
Tabusintac Rec. Field by 12 noon.
Race Starts at 1pm

Cost Per Team: $180 (6 person team)

Event: Race 30 km and Consists of 5 Legs:
Canoe (2 person) - 3 km
Runner - 9.5 km
Swimmer - 1 km
Cyclist - 10.5 km
Runner - 6 km
(teams must supply their own canoes and bicycles)

A Free BBQ for atheletes and race officials will be held after the event.

Register early, as there is a limit of 30 teams for this years event.

Music This Weekend

Jake Stewart will be performing at the Scoreboard this Friday night, August 4th. The Show starts at 7:00(ish), and he'll play until 11:00. He hopes to see you there.

Mighty Miramichi's very own Ms. Stacy celebrates a birthday today! Since I've no recent pics of the girl, here's one from her nuptials last summer. Which reminds me, big one year anniversary coming up this month on the 18th? Or 19th? Mark your calendar and send congrats that weekend, but today, it's all about the Stace-meister. Happy birthday from everyone on the Mighty Miramichi! Giv'er!
