Ageless Grace® is a New Pathway to achieve Fitness for the Brain and Body. This is an anti-ageing fitness and wellness class based on the science of neuroplasticity, “the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout our lifetime.” The program teaches participants take-home exercise tools that are natural and organic and help maintain and/or improve abilities to conduct daily activities .” Ageless Grace ® makes movement fun and easy, using a chair as a tool to work the core and provide a way to move all parts of the body including individuals in wheel chairs, those recovering from knee or hip surgeries, and strokes and those with cognitive decline. There are 21 different “tools” to learn connecting the brain and the body. Weekly Classes Fee: $6 for Drop-In or $30 for 6 Session Punch Pass. Pre-Registration is preferred.
