Event Details - Miramichi Health Expo

Visit 12 different stations to have your health level checked and learn how you can improve your condition, no matter what level you are at. You will be invited to log on to a site where you enter your info and it will keep track of your improvements. We will check glucose, blood pressure, weight, lung capacity and fitness level; you will receive counseling on hydration, nutrition, rest and can even have a brief muscle message. Follow -up programs will be offered. You don't want to miss this Expo!!
